With a sales, marketing, and management background in the financial markets, Kelly has a proven track record of overachievement as both an individual contributor and a sales leader. He was consistently ranked in the top 1% while at GMAC , setting company records each year. While at GMAC, Kelly held the record for the most loans originated both on a monthly basis and a yearly basis. These records still stand today. While his individual sales skills have earned him a great deal of success, his ability to mentor and lead others has earned him a reputation as an outstanding sales leader.
Kelly earned a BS in Management Science from UCSD and attributes his work ethic, entrepreneurial drive, and motivation from his experience early in his career in Alaska's Fishing Industry. "That experience really pushed me to see what I was capable of, how much your mind and body could really endure."
Originally from Northern California, Kelly has worked on both coasts, and now resides in Irvine, CA. What spare time he does have, you will often find him skiing at the Canyons in Park City, backpacking in the Sierras, or riding the dunes next to the US/Mexico border. The "Work Hard, Play Hard," mantra has always been what he has been accustomed to live by and is a great addition to our sales culture.
